Terms and Conditions
- Seat belts must be worn at all times when inside any of our vehicles.
- If a passenger should require a baby/booster seat, please inform CJ Airport Transfers and we will provide them for you.
- Luggage space is limited to all vehicles. CJ Airport Transfers therefore limits the amount of luggage carried to one large suitcase and one hand luggage item per passsenger. The driver will ask how much luggage a customer intends to travel with at the time of booking.
- Smoking and the consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden in all of our vehicles. Passengers who are under the influence of alcohol at the time of pick-up to travel for the safety of the passenger and our drivers. Any fare already paid will be forfeited.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse any food or drink in their vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for removing any of their rubbish at the first opportunity of leaving the vehicle.
- CJ Airport Transfers is not responsible for any damage or loss of property. Any lost property will be held by the driver, and it is the responsibility of the passenger to arrange for its return.
- Fees will be applied if any damage or loss of property occurs to anything inside or outside of the drivers vehicle.
- The hirer is responsible for passing on all correct information to CJ Airport Transfers. If there are any changes to the booking, please inform the company or driver as soon as possible.
- The agreed time of pick-up is finalised by the passenger. Drivers may advise.
- Any changes in to a passengers return flight, i.e the flight is delayed, cancelled, or they have missed a connection, they are responsbile for informing CJ Airport Transfers and the driver as soon as possible. If the driver has arrived at the airport without being informed, the passenger/hirer could be subject to further fees.
- Any cancellations made by the hirer with less than 24 hours notice, may result in a full payment for that journey or replacement driver.
- CJ Airport Transfers reserves the right to refuse passengers who are deemed as a nuisance or danger to other passengers and our drivers. Police assistance will be involved in extreme circumstances.
- Full payment will be required on the first journey to the driver, unless it has previously been paid. CJ Airport Transfers accepts cash, cheque, and all major credit and debit cards (which may be subject to fees).
